We want you to be completely satisfied with anything you buy from Quercus Living but we understand that sometimes items don't live up to expectation. We're glad to say it doesn't happen often, but if for any reason you're not 100% happy with something you've bought from us then we're not happy, and will do our utmost to put things right.
We know that when you get a new piece of furniture home, you need a bit of time to make sure you've made the right choice. That's why we give you 14 days from the delivery date in which to make up your mind. If you decide it's not for you then we will be happy to exchange it for something more suitable for free!

To arrange the exchange or return of an order, please email info@quercusliving.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. We will then contact you to arrange a collection or an exchange for your order. Please ensure that all items are in the same condition you received them and in their original packaging. For further details on our exchange policy, please see our terms and conditions
Once we have received your items back from our delivery partner, we will issue your refund. Please note for security reasons refunds can only be issued to the original payment method. We will contact you by email to let you know once your refund has been issued.
