DELIVERY UPDATE

All order placed from 18th DEC 24 till 1st Jan 2025; will be processed from 2nd Jan 2025. We Wish all our customers Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Our exclusive delivery service is second to none. We provide our customers with the best possible experience when shopping with us, through our commitment to providing high quality furniture at the keenest prices, exceptional customer service at all times and an outstanding FREE delivery service that you can rely on with confidence.

We are proud to offer FREE delivery on all items regardless of order size. Our team will keep you informed every step of the way until your furniture is safely in your home. We have two levels of delivery service, Express Delivery & White Glove Premium Delivery. Express delivery is our fast despatch small item delivery service with 100’s of items that can be with you within 1-3 working days. White Glove Premium Delivery is for larger bulky items that require more care during transit. We will choose the best delivery option for you, based on your order contents and order size.

Due to the current climate deliveries may take a longer than the stipulated delivery times.

Express Delivery Service
There are 100's of products listed on our website available for an Express Delivery. These are ready to be despatched anywhere in mainland UK and be with you within 1-3 working days.

  • Receive a pre booked 3 hour time slot of when you will recieve your delivery.
  • Delivery to the front entrance on the ground floor.
  • All day delivery service.
  • Card through your door if you're not home. No redelivery charge.

White Glove Premium Delivery Service
All 2 man white glove delivery service orders will be delivered by our Pallet delivery service. Delivery team will deliver the pallet to the kirbside outside your house. You would need to take the item inside your home and dispose the pallet yourself. All add-ons with 2 man delivery service will not be available during this period.

All other larger items. This delivery service is fulfilled by a dedicated delivery team, Here to take away the hassle from your delivery with useful upgrades that can be pre booked onto your delivery.

  • Delivery to your room of choice on the ground floor.
  • Receive a pre booked 3 hour time slot of when to expect your delivery, and a confirmation phone call on the day.

We're really proud of our white glove delivery service, these additional upgrades are here to ensure that you have a hassle free delivery the way that you need it.

• Delivery to Properties above Ground Level - from £25

Packaging Removal Service (Ring 01204 937 445 For Package Removal) - £9 per package
Our delivery team will carefully unpack your new furniture and take away all the packaging to be recycled correctly.

Furniture assembly service (Currently Un-Available) - from £50
Our specialist delivery team will take your furniture to the room of your choice, unpack, assemble and position your furniture how you want it.

For delivery to the following areas - ZE, HS, IM, GY, JE, BT, PO[30-41], KW, IV, PH[33-50], PA[20-78], G[80-90], Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and mainland Europe. Please contact our customer service team.

Before you place your order, please check that the furniture you want will fit into your home. We offer a variety of sizes in most ranges so you should have no trouble finding something suitable. It is also important that you check the dimensions of any areas our delivery team may need to negotiate to ensure that we can deliver your furniture safely without restrictions. Measure doorways, hallways, stairs and stairwells and all access points to check they are free from obstructions on the delivery date. Please let us know when you place your order of anything that may hinder the efficient delivery of your goods. If you are ordering multiple items please use the longest delivery time for estimating delivery.
